Every certificate you download opens with a single ResaleCertify page — the state form itself starts on page 2. The page carries none of your business information, and you can switch it off for your own downloads at Settings → Certificates.

Where this lives

The page is added at the moment a certificate is generated, so it appears in all three download paths:

The on/off switch is at /settings — Settings → Certificates → ResaleCertify cover page.

What's on the page

From top to bottom:

What it does not contain

<aside> 🔒

The page prints nothing about you, your vendor, or the certificate — no business name, EIN, sales tax ID, officer name, signature, address, or jurisdiction. Every customer's copy is identical apart from the QR code. There is nothing on it you would need to review before sending a certificate on.

Who it's written for

The person who opens the PDF is usually the supplier you sent it to, not you. So the page is written to them: it says where the certificate came from, and the last of the three points speaks to them directly as the business now holding it — a certificate that arrived complete, on the form its state accepts, and ready to file for audit purposes.
