The Certificates dashboard is where you spend most of your time. It shows one tile per US state plus DC. Tiles where your business is registered have an active Download button — click it, pick a vendor, and ResaleCertify generates a vendor-ready PDF on the spot.

Where this lives

URL: /dashboard — also the destination of the Certificates sidebar item and the default landing page after sign-in.

Anatomy of the page

From top to bottom:

• Page title — “Certificates / Download resale certificates for each jurisdiction”
• Bulk Download button (top right)
• Search bar — live-filters the tiles below by state name or 2-letter code
• Grid of state tiles — one per US state + DC, plus two multi-state form tiles (MTC and SST)

Each tile shows:

• The state's flag (SVG)
• The state name
• A status button:
  • Download — enabled, click to generate (the state is fully ready)
  • Not Registered — disabled, with a tooltip explaining what's needed
