When to use this — you need many certificates at once: onboarding a new vendor across every state you sell in, refreshing everything after a company change, or building an audit pack.

Before you start

• [ ] An active subscription. There is no free tier for bulk — unlike single downloads, there's no free-first-one. Without it the Bulk Download button is greyed with a padlock and a tooltip: Bulk download requires an active subscription.
• [ ] At least one vendor and one download-ready jurisdiction
• [ ] Access to the mailbox on your account — the result arrives by email, not in the browser

How this differs from a single download

Steps

1. On Certificates, click Bulk Download (top right).

1. Tick vendors on the left. Select all does the lot.
2. Tick jurisdictions on the right. Only download-ready states are offered — locked ones never appear here.
3. Check the running total at the bottom left. It's a cross product, and it multiplies fast.

1. Click Email me the ZIP file.
2. You get a confirmation with a job reference: "The email usually arrives within a few minutes — check spam if it doesn't."

Nothing downloads in the browser. Closing the tab is fine — the job runs on our side and emails you when it's done. Note the job reference if you need to ask support about it later.
