When to use this — you have never used ResaleCertify before, or you're adding a second business to an account you already have.

Have these to hand. Stopping halfway to go find them is the most common reason this takes longer than five minutes.
Go to the sign-up page and fill in the form on the right of the landing page: First name, Last name, Email, Password, Verify Password. Then click Create account.

The password field says At least 12 characters. That is a hard minimum, checked before the form will submit. Long passphrases are easier than complex short ones — four unrelated words beats P@ssw0rd!.

We email you a confirmation link. Click it. Until you do, you cannot sign in.
If it hasn't arrived in two or three minutes, check spam. See If something goes wrong at the foot of this page before requesting a second one — clicking Create account again with the same email produces a different problem.

If your account has two-factor authentication turned on, you'll be asked for a 6-digit code at this point. See WI-8 for setting that up.
