🚀 Quick start — your first certificate in 5 steps

Sign up with your email and a 12+ character password, then click the confirmation link HOST emails you.
Add your organization — your business name and 9-digit EIN.
Complete the 4-step Setup Wizard: Company Information → Jurisdictions → Vendors → Authorized Officer.
On the Certificates dashboard, click Download on a state you're registered in, then pick a vendor.
Your PDF is generated on the spot — the first one is free. Need a whole batch at once? Use Bulk download and we'll email you the ZIP.

📘 What is ResaleCertify?

ResaleCertify is a SaaS application by Hands Off Sales Tax (HOST) that lets resellers and dropshippers generate state-by-state resale certificates for the vendors they buy from. Once your business is registered to collect sales tax in a jurisdiction, ResaleCertify generates a properly formatted, vendor-ready certificate for that state on demand — no PDF wrangling required.
