Important Warnings
- All upload files must be in .csv format.
- Uploads are atomic - meaning, if any row fails validation, the entire upload does not process.
- DocDates must be in the intended filing period. They will not be adjusted. Example, if you are submitting data for January 2026, but a few rows have December 2025 dates, those rows will be omitted from the January 2026 return.
- All tax amounts are filed as is - recalculation does not occur.
- If a sale occurs on a marketplace like Amazon (anywhere that collected the sales tax on your behalf), then you must mark these with the “MKPL” location code.
- The sign of the amount field and the total tax field must be the same. For example, if the amount field in a given row is negative, the total tax field must be negative in that same row.
- Upload results are sent to your email once processed.
