Step 1: Invite HOST to your Amazon account.
- Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account.
- Go to Settings (gear icon) and select User Permissions.
- Note: If you do not see this option, please ensure you are logged in to Amazon as an account owner/administrator. If you are not, you may not have the permissions to manage other users.
- Under Add a new user, enter:
- First Name: HOST
- Last Name: Team
- Email: [email protected]
- Click Send Invitation.
Step 2: Notify your HOST representative.
Reply to your HOST email thread to confirm the invitation was sent.
Step 3: Await acceptance from HOST.
Wait for HOST to accept the invitation. Once accepted, your HOST representative will confirm and request the necessary permissions.
Step 4: Grant HOST permissions.
- Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account.
- Go to the Settings menu (gear icon) and select User Permissions.
- Click Manage Permissions.
- Please ensure that HOST ([email protected]) has each of the following three permissions configured as View & Edit.
- Sales Tax Report
- Tax Document Library
- Transactions
Step 5: Email your HOST representative to confirm.
Once the permissions have been configured, please reply once more to the email thread you have with your HOST representative. They will double-check that HOST has the necessary access.
