Step 1: Invite HOST to your Amazon account.

  1. Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account.
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon) and select User Permissions.
    1. Note: If you do not see this option, please ensure you are logged in to Amazon as an account owner/administrator. If you are not, you may not have the permissions to manage other users.
  3. Under Add a new user, enter:
    1. First Name: HOST
    2. Last Name: Team
    3. Email: [email protected]
  4. Click Send Invitation.

Step 2: Notify your HOST representative.

Reply to your HOST email thread to confirm the invitation was sent.

Step 3: Await acceptance from HOST.

Wait for HOST to accept the invitation. Once accepted, your HOST representative will confirm and request the necessary permissions.

Step 4: Grant HOST permissions.

  1. Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account.
  2. Go to the Settings menu (gear icon) and select User Permissions.
  3. Click Manage Permissions.
  4. Please ensure that HOST ([email protected]) has each of the following three permissions configured as View & Edit.
    1. Sales Tax Report
    2. Tax Document Library
    3. Transactions

Step 5: Email your HOST representative to confirm.

Once the permissions have been configured, please reply once more to the email thread you have with your HOST representative. They will double-check that HOST has the necessary access.
