Uploading a file

  1. Click Upload File (or Replace).
  2. Drop a file on the box or click to choose one — PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 25 MB. If a blank form exists, the window links to it: download it, fill it in, then upload the completed copy.
  3. Click Upload (or Replace). You'll see Document uploaded.

Each document holds one file; replacing it supersedes the previous one. Contributors and managers can upload and replace; only managers can remove; viewers can download what's on file.

The Register in jurisdictions window links straight to the upload box for any document a jurisdiction requires — you can upload without leaving the registration flow, and the jurisdiction flips to Ready to register as soon as the upload finishes. See 7. Jurisdictions.
